iTempo Tap App Reviews
This a very simple program but it did what I needed, and has a nice interface. I like how it shows the min and max but that also made me want more. How about the median? As the program does not know what the track is playing, it cant export back to iTunes, for example.

This app probably isnt worth the purchase. Its not very accurate. There are plenty of other apps that have tap functions are much better.
We use iTempo Tap on virtually all our film scores. We use it to find tempos before starting to write music to a scene. It has been extremely reliable and stable for us... Its really simple to use, takes no CPU and no memory (as far as we could tell) so its always launched in the background, ready to be used at a moments notice.
Hit the + button a few times to require 8 taps, and you have a very accurate tap tempo app! Much better than the last few I’ve used. Working in Yosemite.
